I am a 50 yrs old male suffering from HTN/CKD. Taking B.P. drug for last 7 yrs. and diagnosed as CKD patient since two and a half years. currently my Hgb is 12.8 gm/dl. , Creatinine is 1.91 mg/dl. serum urea is 41 mg/dl. Albumin in urine is present at 10 mg/dl. and R.B.C. present stray.All the other parameters are normal.
Previously doctor had advised to restricted diet only. Now should i consult the doctor for the albumin and R.B.C. abnormality or should i follow his advice of nutritive diet strictly and then only consult him?
Please also tell me the natural ways of controlling this without drug.
