Hai,
Due to lack of fiber food intake and high fatty and fried food may lead to increase in bad
cholesterol.
I will suggest you diet and lifestyle:
Be hydrated. 3 to 4litres of water.
Add more fiber foods like leafy vegetables like spinash,gourd,cabbage,cauliflower,garlic,onion,okra,cucumber and fruits like pomegranate,tender coconut,lime,orange,watermelon .
Add more millets in your daily food stuffs. add barley,lentils etc.
Avoid deep fried,junk,fatty foods.
Improve the quantity and quality of fats you eat.
use oils(unsaturated -like olive oil,sesame oil,
corn oil) in small amounts, avoid frying.
don't use used oils for further cooking process.
moderate exercise is recommended.
