Suggest Opinion On Termination Due To Anencephaly In Baby Boy

Hello. I am quite lost and confused. I am 40 years old working mom. I am 18 weeks pregnant and at 17 weeks, my GP informed us that throught the ultrasound, my baby boy is anencephalic. He referred me to the gynae who saw us yesterday and confirmed this. He is otherwise, perfect. My hubby is all for termination but I am still undecided. It hurts so much to induce the baby knowing his heart is still beating. I have to give my answer by next week. I may choose termination but I may want to wait a bit longer, say 22 weeks. What should I do? And I am also worried about lactation after the termination as I have breastfed my 3 kids until they were all 2 years old. I have been known to produce a lot of milk. Will my milk come if I terminate next week? Will it get worse if I terminate at 22 weeks?
