I think because I have addisons disease and have been on prednisone since 2005 plus fludrocort as well, it seems that even the blonde facial hair is getting more, not to mention the dark facial hair on my lip, and sideburns. Will vaniqua cream help? I heard once you stop using it all the hair returns. Appreciate you answer. My name is Judi I beg your pardon. Yes Vaniqa (eflornithine) helps in reducing unwanted hair growth in face. You have to use for long time. Discontinuation its can cause re-growth of hairs in some patients not in all patients. You can use on long term basis. After stopping, hairs may or may not re-grow.

1. Keep applying Vaniqa cream (13.9%) regularly twice daily in a very thin layer. Use it in face only. Do not apply it around eye
