i had sex on 1 st may after that i took an i-pill(cipla) but i missed my periods .my period date was 10........i carried out home pregnancy test.first time it was negative but second time there is one dark purple line plus one light purple line.i think its positive now.
i want to abort it plz help me and tell me the name of safe abortion pill.

Understand your concern
Following are the causes of slight positive pregnancy test: if you did early (8-10 days before delayed period), ectopic pregnancy.
First you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
If intrauterine pregnancy will detect, you can go for abortion. Safe method of abortion is mifepristone plus misoprostol. But it should be used under observation of gynecologist after getting expert opinion.
By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
Follow up visit at 7th day and USG at 14th day to confirm complete process of abortion. Abortion process will start with in 30-40 minutes of using last pill (may be delayed up to 72 hour) and complete in 4-6 days.
Do not use abortion pill as self medication at home because it causes serious complication and chance of failure.
