Suggest Precaution While Exercising With A Bulged Disc

Hi, I'm a fitness trainer who is about to train a client with minor disc bulges in their L4, L5, S1. I am seeking specific advice about the considerations I might need to make for this client. I have researched the condition and will be avoiding jogging/running, rotations and twisting, and any form of flexion. Are there any other considerations that I would need to make for this client?

As you yourself are a trainer , you must be aware of basic facts to be taken into account .
Always back bending exercises are recomended , using good posture, maintaining a healthy weight, and getting regular exercise.
Front bending is never allowed .It can creat further problem .

You should also be aware that age is another risk factor for bulging discs, since discs tend to become weaker and less elastic over the years.

To increase elaticity of muscles of your body, yogic postures ,pranayam- deep breathing , meditation should be followed - Bhujjangassan , Dhanurasan , Vajjarassa , Gomukhassan .and actions which don't make you bend in front help rectify your problem and strengthen your body .

Consideration of diet factor is also equally important . Inclusion of essential nutrients, vitamins , fiber , supplements full of antioxidants , like
in natural form --fruit ,green veges , lemon , ginger ,garlic , aloe vera , almond + turmeric powder etc,.
After diagnosed with a bulging disc, your doctor 's advice should be followed .
Treatments such as rest, a heating pad, exercises, and medication ,also give lot of relief
.Regular check ups from your proffesoinal are recommended .After diagnosed with a bulging disc, your doctor 's advice should be followed .
