To relieve pain initially local injection are not given Rather take intermittent rest(in occasion of extreme pain), paracetamol 1 gm twice or thrice daily, give hot comprssion, and have some postural modifications. If symptoms are controlled in this way nothing is required. We have to give injections if pain relief is not attained in this way.
