Suggest Prognosis Of Brain Injury Causing Acute Subdural Hematoma
My friend was beaten up a few weeks ago and his head was stamped on which caused an acute subdural hematoma. He was left 4 about an hour b4 the ambulance was called but before the got there he d gone into a coma. He had brain surgery but now he s in the vegetative state. Wil he ever come out of this?? He also had to have some of his brain removed because it was in his neck and was just mush..What are his chances..
So sad to listen to such a bad state of your friend. Well as you are telling that brain in the neck, it is called medically as herniation of brain. It shows the impacts over the head were very severe. The prognosis in your friend case is very very poor. I'm so sorry to say this that the chances for your friend to come out from such a very serious critical state are very very less (0.00001%).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
