Suggest Regular Medication For Osteoarthritis

I was told by my arthritis doctor that they have a couple of shots that you can take for osteoarthritis one is one of year and one is I think every other month or every 6 months is this something that they use on a regular basis?

Yes there are drugs that are given like that for osteoporosis and they are commonly used also. These drugs belongs to bisphosphonates. Ibandronate is the drug given once monthly and zolendronic acid is can be given once yearly or one in 2 years for osteoporosis.
