Suggest Remedies For A Concussiona And Headache In A Child

My son has a concussion- a really bad headache for 5 days.A friend said he could take 2 5mg. oxycontin for the pain. I gave him that and it didn t help.What will and is the oxy bad for him? He doesn t take anything usually. I thought the oxy would take the pain and would sleep well.But that has not helped. Thankyou
