Hello, The rotator cuff muscles are important in shoulder movements and they maintain shoulder joint stability and if you are diagnosed with rotator cuff tear then I would like to suggest you some important things, first, stop your repetitive work, if you do continue it will become worse. take rest. Second, get an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon and ask him for a solution. if any surgical procedures required for rotator cuff tear. Third, get an appointment with physiotherapist or occupational therapist, they will help you to recover and get back to work. An Occupational therapist may suggest you some alternative movements for your work or will provide some assistive devices to use in work setting. so it will be helpful to continue with your job.
