For the past few days I have been dealing with both swelling and pain on both sides of my anus... During my last colonoscopy I was told that I have an enlarged (swollen) hemorrhoid problem... For the pasw few days I cannot sit without pain... After sitting in a tub of warm water and epson salts, I am noticing a bloody discharge or pus-like drainage... I do plan to call my primary care physician on monday, however, I am tremendously worried as to what may be wrong with me - e.g., I need some type feedback and/or guidance as to what i should do until I can get scheduled with an appropriate doctor...
