General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Should:
- keep the foot well clean with unscented soap with warm water
- soak in warm water with a cup of cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 15 mins
- rinse well, dry well
- apply moisturizing cream locally during the day
- apply mixture of clotrimazole and hydrocortisone

If no improvement for 1 week, should see a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
