Suggest Remedies For Chronic Head,neck And Lower Back Pains

a 10lb steel pane fell from the top of he elevator onto the back of my head and neck. I now suffer daily from head, neck, lower back pain that goes down into my legs. I am awakened every night with pain. It has been one year and nine months and its getting worse. my pt has now been reduced to once a week and I am getting worse, constant pain every day. any suggestions

You must get an MRI head and whole spine to see for nerve root or spinal cord compression. Radicular pain are always due to some nerve entrapment or injury. You should consult a neurologist or neurosurgeon for proper evaluation and to decide the nature of treatment. TC
