Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from oral yeast infection known as
Oral Thrush and it causes characteristic symptoms of having a cheesy white coating over the tongue..
It can occur due to a number of causes like Dry mouth, intake of steroids, antibiotics or birth control pills, hormonal changes,
uncontrolled diabetes, poor immunity etc..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and if required microscopic examination of the lesion can help in diagnosis..
If thrush is diagnosed antifungal medications like oral intake of
Fluconazole or
Itraconazole, nystatin mouthwash gargles and
clotrimazole lozenges can help..
Take ample of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic..
Avoid intake of antimicrobial mouthwash..
Drink plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
