Suggest Remedies For Cold Right Limbs And Stiffness In Right Shoulder
Cold hands and foot on right side only Some blueness in toes on right foot. Cannot seem to get them warm especially after being in the cold outdoors. Some stiffnes in R shoulder.The right hand is actually colder than the left and same with the foot.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom happens in extreme cold whether but not unilateral, if this is the just happens to right side then it may be nonspecific, or may be due to cold if the symptom persist then it may needs some investigations like Doppler study for circulation and clinical examination but most of the time it may not be anything to worry hope this information helps.
