Suggest Remedies For Constant Fatigue, Recurring Dizziness And Lack Of Concentration

I am extremely tired all the time. I cannot concentrate on a task for more than an hour at a time. This slowly began in December of 2015. It has been worse. I am dizzy and nauseous most days. It feels similar to being car / month sick. I was to get health enough to get back to the gym, caring for my family and spending fun quality time together. These feelings keep me stuck in a closed room in the dark until the dizziness passes.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thank you for writing us here.
Such symptoms are suggestive of low haemoglobin. You should get it checked. And the underlying cause could be ruled out. It could have several reasons for your symptoms so you should get yourself checked by a general physician.
Also for the symptoms, you can take glucose which is easily available in market and keep yourself well hydrated. You'll have some relief from the symptoms.
God bless you.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
