I have gone through your query regarding pain and discharge from ear and at the same time you have a node near angle of jaw.
Your clinical history favours for ear infection along with cervical lymphadenitis. No doubt the site of lump in neck corresponds to the drainage of ear too. For diagnosis and treatment it is necessary to confirm the pathology. So are advice for- 6 1- culture and sensitivity of ear pus.
2- C.T.Scan of ear.
3- F.N.A.C. from neck node
With the help of above investigation and co-relation of clinical findings one may reach to correct diagnosis that may be manage accordingly.
Regards.
