Hi
I appreciate your determination to cut down on your weight. I would suggest you to go ahead with your plans without much worry about the heart rate. The normal physiological range is 60-100 beats per minute. Until and unless you have any diagnosed condition, a heart rate of 90 ppm should not be a concern.
I would suggest you to address your anxiety. Initially you can go for counselling and behavioural interventions. Medications can be considered as a next resort. In the meantime, work on your weight that will definitely help you to cope with your anxiety issues.
I hope the above information helps you out. All the best for your plans. Thanks for writing into healthcaremagic. Have a wonderful day.
