I am 30 weeks pregnant.....I have an external hemorrhoid that has been bothering me the last few days....It seems really big but I don't usually get them so not sure usual sizes but I noticed today that there are about 3 tiny black spots.......it's also bleeding slightly but not from the black spots....what is this and what should I do?
Hello You are having small bumps on the outer part of anal opening . You are 30 weeks pregnant . So within next 6-8 weeks you will deliver . Now according to your history having superior, middle and inferior veins hemorrhoids . In my opinion use ANOVATE cream . Apply to clean area, up to 4 times a day ;may be used externally or inserted rectally using applicator . Since fetus part developed very well and this cream is mostly not for oral use ,so will not develop any harm to fetus . At present you are nearly on full term pregnancy , so can't take surgical treatment for hemorrhoids . In my opinion this will be useful for you. Good luck
