Suggest Remedies For Extreme Hot Flashes And Red Discoloration On Face

I get hot very easily no matter what I do. Any type of physical activity. Immediately, my face will turn bright red and will get redder and redder if I keep working. Then it can take hours for me to cool down and my skin tone to return to normal. Sometimes I get so hot and red that I feel like my head is going to explode. It is very embarrassing and I don t like for anyone to see me like that. But it happens on a daily basis. I am 68 years old and overweight (which I know does not help). But, I have seen many overweight people who don t turn red like I do.? I am 5ft.8 and weigh approx. 230. I have been through menopause and still have some hot flashes occasionally.
