Hi. Both my husband and I came down with: fever, aches, loss of appetite and chills and some sneezing. I have a cough and fits not dry. Both 60, had since Wednesday (love this sick grandkids!). We both had a flu shot as did grandchildren. What is it and when will be over it

Flu presents with same symptoms as he has
Treatment
Analgesics
cetrizine or piriton
Multivitamin for lack of appetite
Antibiotics not necessaryunless has productive cough
