Suggest Remedies For Gas, Bloating And Grumbling Stomach Post Food Intake

Since the past 1 month have gas and bloating problem. After every meal, feel very full and puffy, thought food intake is not much. All noises come from my belly, after going to the toilet, it settles. This happens every time I eat something. This problem keeps reoccurring after some months

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of gas, bloating and grumbling stomach post food intake, symptoms as mentioned can be attributed to accumulation of gas secondary to increased acid production in the stomach. It is known as GERD( gastroesophageal reflux disease). Symptomatic relief can be obtained with intake of Pantoprazole before meals and antacid gel after meals. This will prevent formation of excess acid in the stomach. You should change your lifestyle as well. Take soft, plain, non-spicy foods. Avoid fast foods and gas producing food products like cabbage.Drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration and avoid smoking and alcohol. you should go for walk daily.

If symptoms still persist, you should consult gastroenterologist for proper clinical examination and start treatment accordingly.
