Hello I m qurrat Had chest infection in august 2016 nd now having sinus problem. Doctor told me my eustachian tube is also blocked I am having heavy head nd sometime sudden pain arise in my head on different points and it feels like something is melting inside my skull I m in too much tension plz guide me

The blocked sinuses do present with recurrent blockage problems.

Best primary relief with prevention to cold atmosphere and other noxious substances as pollens; inhalation of tincture benzoin fumes with as and when needed decongestants are a good protocol to follow.
