hey, So in the last couple of weeks. I have been sleeping less waking every 2 hours or so. I have now in the past week decreased the amount of food am eating, like am not hungry most of the day. I also and found in the past 3 days I have been sweating for about 3 hours after I leave the house.
Advice 1. Zolpidem per oral at bed time for 30 days 2. Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week 3. Do meditation 4. Avoid smoking, coffee and alcohol 5. Share your problem with your family and close friends 6. Consult a psychiatrist for follow up and counseling Zolpidem should not be taken for long time as it has habit forming property. Thanks
