Suggest Remedies For Itchy Rashes On The Body While On Digoxin
I am 69 years old, female, with a-fib, recently to my cardiologist and am in a-fib and have been on Amiodrone for two years 100 mg daily. My cardiologist added a small dose of Digoxin (5mg) and I have been having problems with a rash and itching that started about 4 days after I added the Digoxin to my medication. I have stopped taking the Digoxin for about a week, the rash has subsided but was still evident. I started the Digoxin again last night per my cardiologists request and the rash is flaring up .

Hi, you seem to be allergic to digoxin. You can try one thing--that an Omeprazole half hour before meals and digoxin after meals and see if the rash goes away--regards
