Suggest Remedies For Large Blood Clots During Preiods

I'm concerned of whether or not i should go to a hospital? I started my Menstruation yesterday and the blood flow is average for me but in the last few times i've used the washroom i've come across two rather large blood clots and a few smaller ones. Can you help me with whether or not I should go to the hospital or not?
