Suggest Remedies For Less Bowel Movements

I have used suppositories for 12 years due to a spinal cord injury but not a complete. The past year or so the suppositories don t do much and I have read they can cause lazy bowel syndrome. Is there any wake I can wake my bowels up and move bm s better?

I am so sorry to hear about these reduced bowel movements. With a spinal cord lesion, constipation can be a major concern. I will suggest that you increase the dose of your fiber intake, drink enough water, stay physically active as much as possible, increase fruits and vegetables consumption. These would be helpful to have somewhat not to strong bowel movements. if they fail, we may need to review your drugs.
