Mumps is a viral infection caused by enterovirus and it is a highly contagious infection and anti-viral medications does not work well to improve the symptoms..
However the infection gradually subsides once the virus runs its cycle in human body, so only symptomatic treatment is generally helpful..
Levofloxacin or Ciprofloxacin are antibiotics and they have no role in treating mumps so taking them is of no use and you should stop taking antibiotics and take supportive treatment which is only helpful in case of mumps..
You can take tylenol for pain,do alternate warm and cool compresses over the swelling, take soft diet and ample of rest.. Drink plenty of fluids..
Hope this helps.
Regards.
