Suggest Remedies For Nausea, Fatigue And Sharp Pain In The Abdomen
Okay so I am from a small town with not very many doctors with lots of experience with rare cases. I have been sick for the past two years with nausea, bowel changes, fatigue, stomach burning pains and sharp pains in my stomach right below my ribs. They have found what seems to be a mass on my spleen but can t excactly tell me what it is. I ve had tons of test such as, MRI s, blood work, urine, and ultrasound (etc) I can t do anything that I used to and I m only 17! I can t hardly ride in cars, eat or drink, or live life the way I used to. They are calling me a mystery. Can you give me a lead like the possibility of it being my gallbladder, appendix, the mass on my spleen or etc. Thank you!

Hello dear. It is difficult to comment upon unless we see your reports. Pain abdomen in your age can be mostly due to gastritis. But if it is not subsiding with medications and life style modifications then we will have to do Ultrasound of abdomen, CT scan, MRI etc to find what might be the cause.
If everything turns out to be normal, it may be psychosomatic pain. But firstly i may have to look into all your reports to comment about the cause of pain abdomen.
