Suggest Remedies For Numbness In The Penis Post An Unprotected Intercourse

Hi doctor, I have a problem related to penis numbness. Previously whenever I think something related to sex my penis got erected but after that I saw a video on youtube for enlargement by stretching using coconut oil as holding it from one end and apply pressure over length by using other hand after 10 days. Now I don t feel nything..even if I think about sex it started growing but little bit not like that before and even I feel heaviness over on my thing..in morning it get erects but not strong....I do unprotected sex with my wife everytime but now m sacred as I did this thing n she is not here...can I become normal again please help me
