Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Buttocks, Toes And Arch Of The Foot

I am a 63 year old female working a desk job, but walk daily (approx 3 miles) twice a day to take public transportation in NE. Here are my symptoms: Pain in both buttocks and my left hip. It hurts to sit. I think it might be coming from my lower back, but not sure because my back doesn t hurt except occasionally. And both big toes hurt like crazy, the pain of which comes and goes frequently (don t know if there s a relationship). Also, I have been experiencing intermittent pain in the arch of my right foot.

Hi,

Pain is confined to lower back buttock and the pain will search to foot anyway. It requires analgesic and investigation for pain. MRI of both hip and lower back is required to rule out fracture or other problem like in lumbo sackral spine. The main problem is dueto excessive walking. Consult a specialist and start the proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
