General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience of a painful swelling at upper part of your stomach With associated loss of appetite nausea stomach upset I am suggesting that you have developed an a condition called epigastric hernia
In view of this please do an abdominal x-ray to rule out any episode of strangulation of your intestine
Moreover please see a General surgeon for expert clinical assessment and for possible surgical interventional procedures in order to reduce the hernia
I hope this helps
Regards
