Suggest Remedies For Panic Attacks, Heart Palpitations And Anxiety
Hello I m 36 years old. A year after the death of uncle I can not sleep at night. I feel like dying. My body goes into shock, heart rate increased, caustic, Recently, a special way have come about in the middle of my chest, I am tormented all the other conductors too. Please help me !!!

According to history you are having post traumatic stress disorder like anxiety problem
Anxiety induced panic attack can lead palpitations and such presentation
Still do work up with Auscultation and EKG to rule out if any cardiac cause present
For anxiety yoga and exercise beneficial
Alprazolam like anti-anxiety drug might prescribed
