Suggest Remedies For Persistent Abdominal Discomfort, Bloating And Constipation
I have been having stomach discomfort (pain) have had it for several months, I feel bloat d, pain in my stomach below the sternum. I have good bowel movements , but takes me a long time in the restroom. Sometime when I have a bowl, my stomach is hard. a few times I have had constipation, then it gets worse

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I suggest using over the counter laxative option such as Miralax. I also recommend to use daily probiotics.
For the bloating you can use Simethicone medication three tablets a day.
