Suggest Remedies For Recurring Burning Pain In Toes
I have a burning pain in my right foot in my toe next to the little toe it comes on very quick when I play bowls after about an hour I have to take my shoe off and rub it it just feels like someone is sticking a hot needle into it , What can I do to stop it please ?
There may be many causes for pain.first thing use proper fitted shoes which does not put pressure on the foot.you didn't mention your diabetic status.in uncontrolled diabetis there may be diabetic polyneuropathy.sometimes when we stress a lot such as military personal sportsman there may be stress fracture which causes pain.one more possibility is lumbar disc compression in some people when disc prolapses in some postures the nerve gets compressed and causes pain.vitamin e is an antioxidant which decreses pain and needle prick sensations.so try to find out what's the causes treatment depends on your cause but don't worry its not so serious as you think.hope my advice helped you could help you more if you provided more history.
