Suggest Remedies For Severe Cough, Headache And Sinus Problem
I coughed so hard I thought I d pop a vessel in my neck, But the coughing lasted a couple of minutes and my nose started to bleed. Now, a couple of days later, I still have a headache and sinus problems on my left side of my head and face, not feeling to great. What s do you think it is?

Hello,
It may be due to upper respiratory tract infection with sinusitis.
For that you may require complete hemogram, throat swab, chest X Ray after physician consultation.
You may require antibiotics after consultation.
Continue nasal saline drops locally.
Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.
