Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain In Left Shoulder
Person gets sharp pain in middle of Left shoulder with external rotation with or without a weighted object. Person is an electrician and was holding a heavy object over head with left arm for consistent periods of time yesterday evening. This is something that this person does on and off for a living (Electrician). He is in great shape but he is 65 yrs old.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a strained muscle.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also recommend using cold compresses in the area of the pain.
I recommend maintaining the are immobilized to prevent further damage.
