Hello,

I have gone through your query. It may be due to blunt trauma.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.

Heating pads also helps.

In case of not getting relief you may require MRI after orthopedician consultation.

Do regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
