General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to rheumatoid arthritis.

For further assessment kindly do RA factor, ANA factor after consultation.

You may require X Ray of affected joints after consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Heating pads will also help.

Do regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
