Suggest Remedies For Stiffness In Neck And Pain In Upper Left Arm

I felt a stiff neck as I fell asleep on the couch last night and realized that it bothered me as I slept last night. Today, it hurts just a bit but it feels like the pain has travelled to my upper left arm and the upper left seqment of my back. I don t have shortness of breath even though the asthma has been acting up.

Stiffness in neck has to rule out extra cervical rib ..apply rubefacient and take oral antiinflammatory drug thrice a day with calcium tab once a day with muscle relaxant if sever condition...
