Suggest Remedies For Swollen And Painful Throat Post Vomiting Multiple Times

I threw up a few times quite violently last night and now my throat is swollen and it is very very painful to swallow. I can swallow small bits of liquids and some medications small pills but it is very painful and I am scared. It feels the worst at where my esophagus and trachea meet. It s like I have a large peice of something stuck in my throat. Should I go to the ER and get this looked at?
