Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe and effective treatment of medical termination of early intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week (pre abortion USG is needed), if done after getting proper guidance and under supervision.
My method 600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour. If o bleeding extra dose may be needed in some cases. Dose and schedule should be modified by gynecologist. Do not try at home as it cause uncontrollable complication like excessive bleeding, severe cramp and abnormal development of fetus in failure. All these require surgery. Post abortion USG after 14 dsays to confirm the complteness process of abortion. Rest for 24 hour, anlgesic and proper pelvic hygiene should be required after abortion
Consultation to gynecologist is confidential process and no body will know about abortion.
Use safe sex practice to avoid pregnancy in future
