Suggest Remedies To Improve Fetal Biometry And Undergrowth
Hi,
I am 29 weeks pregnent aged 29 years. My Last menstrual date is Nov-5-2010. We had an Ultra sound today. Doctors told the gestational age is 26wk 3 days. BPD - 6.66, HC - 24.23cm, AC 22.79, FL - 4.90, Estimated Fetal Length - 1048 gms.
Please advice and to improve the fetal biometry and advice us the best practises.

HELLO DEAR
I understand your concern , dear as such there is no approved treatment to improve fetal biometry but you should rest 8 hours in night and 2 hours in day in left lateral position , if you are addicted to smoking and drinking or any abuse substance stop it, improve your diet especially protein rich diet, drink lot of fluids and you can also try some argipreg plus sachet. ALL THE BEST
