According to USG report findings are absolutely normal.
There is single intrauterine fetus with gestational age is 18 weeks and 5 days.
Fetus is cephalic in position at the time of scan means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis.
Placenta is posterior in position with grade I maturity.
Liqour is adequate in amount,so findings are normal.
