I am 55 years old and have gained 30 pounds in the last 3 years since I hit menopause. I have GERD now and been depressed due to an economic downfall. Meds: Paxil 30 mg and Omneprazole 20mg qid. My cholesterol and LDL are elevated for the first time in my life and my triglycerides are above 100. My BP is usually 95/60 and is now 110/70 which I realize is still wnl. I exercise like crazy and my weight keeps creeping up. I am 64" and today is 167# Help!

I have had all my labs done and everything is wnl. Should I just give up and be frumpy? Help!
