Suggest Remedy For A Breathing Problem Caused After A Tooth Extraction

dental extraction of 1st and 2nd molar of upper left quadrant was done yesterday of a lady off 55 yrs. Since the the lady can feel air passing through the nose whenever she tries to blow air through the mouth. please discuss the problem and the next course of action for the treatment..

Sometimes, maxillary sinus floor is very near/impinging to the roots of maxillary molar. Hence, whenever the maxillary molars are extracted in such situation there are chances that the floor of the maxillary sinus is ruptured. When this happens then one experiences above mentioned symptoms.
In this situation, you should consult your dentist once more and mention him/her about the symptoms. He will access the clinical situation and manage accordingly or call an oral surgeon to manage the case.
