Sometimes, maxillary sinus floor is very near/impinging to the roots of maxillary molar. Hence, whenever the maxillary molars are extracted in such situation there are chances that the floor of the maxillary sinus is ruptured. When this happens then one experiences above mentioned symptoms. In this situation, you should consult your dentist once more and mention him/her about the symptoms. He will access the clinical situation and manage accordingly or call an oral surgeon to manage the case.
