I believe I have an abscess in my new lip piercing. I got it a few days ago and it was fine. But then I accidentally hit myself in the mouth at work and now it s VERY swollen. It feels as if a marble is under my skin where the piercing is. It s not really tender unless I m applying pressure when cleaning it. It doesn t itch. It s doesn t really burn unless I use mouth wash. It will sometimes let out a little pin size amount of pus. And it also isn t really warm. But again the swelling is tremendous.
