Suggest Remedy For Acid Reflux And Constant Mucus In Throat

i was having the problem of acid reflux before 2-3 years back and now it has gone to worse that now i m feeling laryngopharyngeal reflux i feel bitter/bad taste and constant mucus in throat plz tell me how to cure it i m very socially disturbed i will be very thakfull to u

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

You need to change little bit of your life style like,
Avoid late night meals.
Avoid oily, spicy and junk foods.
Make. A regular sleep cycle.
Avoid late night drinks and smoking.
Raise head side of you bed at least 5 inches.
Don't sleep immediately after lunch or dinner.
Practice regular exercise.

Take pantoprazole 40 mg once daily empty stomach plus dompreridone 10mg.

Visit a doctor and get your self checked H pylori infection.
