As per your query acne and scars on the face along which occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells causing the area to become red and swollen. It could be due to hormonal change during puberty , androgen hormones stimulate more sebum to be produced and a greater amount of skin cells to proliferate. Exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant..If condition doesn t improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy. You can take sittings of chemical peeling, micro-abrasion as well. You can take oral tablet as well, best drug for resistant acne is isotretinoin.
